When a visitor rings, the called contact can answer directly on their mobile phone or through their answering service. Through the camera, it’s possible to see and hear who is ringing, and visitors can be admitted with a simple button press.
STEP Doorphone with camera is very easy to use while creating a sense of security by reducing the risk of uninvited guests.
You have the option to create a ring group with up to 15 contacts. The doorphone then rings all contacts in the ring group simultaneously.
All administration takes place easily and securely in our cloud-based admin platform. This is where you, as the administrator, add and remove users or manage access rights, etc.
Since the platform is cloud-based, the entire system can be managed easily and securely – anywhere, anytime, and on any device. This means, for example, that you can add new devices or users from your computer at home at the kitchen table in the morning, to distribute a temporary authorization from your mobile phone in the gym in the evening.
You access the admin platform by logging in to www.steplock.cloud and identifying yourself with your BankID.
The doorphone has both a sleek and robust design, giving a pleasant first impression. It is dust and waterproof (IP65), vandal and shock-resistant (IK06), and designed to withstand our Nordic climate. It can simply be placed even in tough environments.
The doorphone is entirely IP-based, making it very easy to install.

The doorphone can be perfectly combined with our other access solutions, even in the same system. Additionally, STEP Mobile opening is always included, allowing all authorized persons to download the StepLock app and unlock all doors they have access to directly in the app.
