Fredrik Skoog is StepLock Access’s new sales manager since June 2024. With solid experience from the security industry and broad competence in leadership and business development, Fredrik will be an important driving force in strengthening StepLock Access’s market position.

With over 15 years of experience from both the client side and within sales and sales management, Fredrik has been involved in building several successful organizations. “It also feels very exciting to work at a company with production in Sweden; there are few companies that can boast about that.”

Fredrik Skoog lives in Värmdö, Stockholm, but will work from both Stockholm, Västerås and Falun. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as traveling – not least culinary trips where Indian cuisine is a favorite.
With Fredriks’s appointment, former Sales Manager Erik Isaksson will take on a more strategic role in the company’s leadership team.
